The overall ecology issues, the navigability of rivers, the development of ports and infrastructures, in combination with the upcoming increasing size of ships, the rising sea level, climate changing and thereby the growing threat of floods are interconnected and global issues that require an international meeting place. World Water Works exhibition and conference focuses on the following subjects:

• Hydraulic & civil engineering
• Ports & waterways construction and maintenance
• Coastline - & flood protection
• Bridges, locks & tunnels

For 2 days World Water Works brings together all parties concerning the mentioned issues, we welcome Ministries of Infrastructure and Environment, Engineering & Dredging companies, Water boards, Port authorities, Research centers, Constructors, Environmental organizations, Financial institutes and many more... Chaired by Prof. Ir. J.K. Vrijling, a range of international speakers will contribute to a varied two-day program from anyone professionally involved in the construction or maintenance of ports and waterways, wet or dry infrastructural facilities, protection of the hinterland or the construction of bridges, locks & tunnels. Our exclusive conference program contains worldwide projects. We will deepen the projects offering overall presentations of every aspect of the collaboration. Authorities will speak about the challenges and solutions they are facing and in addition to that we will let several companies and governments tell you about their specific knowledge and contribution to the project.
