Production and construction activities inevitably cause the land damage and environment problems. The promulgation of the Land Reclamation “The Belt and Road Initiative” in 2013 puts forward new requirements for the mining exploration and ecological environment protection. In order to promote the land reclamation and ecological restoration in mining areas to meet the requirements of “The Belt and Road Initiative,” The 2nd International Symposium on Land Reclamation and Ecological Restoration” will be held by China Coal Society on October 20-23 in Xi’an.
